An afternoon to slow down, reconnect and restore.
We’ll begin with a gentle Yoga & Pilates practice,
followed by breathwork and a guided meditation
for deep calm and relaxation.
Then we’ll settle in for a full Sound Healing session,
surrounded by the soothing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls
and a variety of healing instruments. 🎶
And afterwards, there’s no rush to leave…
We’ll gather by the pool,
and anyone who feels like it can jump in
for a refreshing swim. 🍉💦

Irit & Motty
Your retreat begins before you even arrive.
As the road climbs towards Afrata,
the views open, the air changes, and somehow
you begin to breathe differently.
Infinity Wellness was created by Irit & Motty,
a couple who have made wellness part of everyday life:
movement, nourishing food, less stress and, above all,
enjoying the journey.
Irit is a certified Yoga teacher and NLP Master Trainer;
Motty is a certified Pilates instructor and NLP Master Trainer.
Irit’s own wellness journey began almost 20 years ago,
when she was told that severe pre-diabetic markers
could lead to diabetes within just a few years.
Two decades later, staying well is still an ongoing journey,
and that experience shaped something they deeply believe:
there is no single path to wellness.
There is only the one that works for you.
Perhaps their favorite evidence that the journey is working?
People are always surprised to discover
they are proud grandparents of nine.
At Infinity, they combine that philosophy
with a breathtaking open-air rooftop studio
and carefully chosen facilitators to create experiences
that feel personal, joyful and deeply restorative.

A Sound Journey with Annabella
Imagine closing your eyes
and having nothing to do but receive.
Sound, vibration and silence
gently guide you away from the noise
and into deep rest:
a space to release tension,
settle your nervous system
and reconnect with yourself.
Annabella brings something special to this experience:
she knows the journey from the inside.
Her own path through loss, trauma and personal healing
led her to explore deeply how mind, body and nervous system work together,
and ultimately shaped the way she holds space for others today.
Her experience is backed by extensive professional training:
psychotherapy with a cognitive-behavioral orientation,
Level I & II EMDR training in trauma processing,
certification as a Detoxification Specialist,
and training in Sound Healing and nervous-system regulation.
EMDR itself is an established psychotherapy approach
used particularly for trauma and PTSD.

creating an experience that is not just simply beautiful to listen to,
but intentionally designed to help you slow down,
let go and deeply receive.

A Sound Journey with henry
Henry Lop is a naturopathic practitioner,
health and nutrition consultant,
iridologist, herbalist, fasting and detox expert,
sound healing practitioner,
athlete, and free spirit.
His own health journey began in 2012
and inspired him to explore a more natural
and holistic path to well-being.
Since then, he has dedicated his life
to understanding the connection between
body, mind, emotions, and soul,
with a special focus on nutrition,
the nervous system, trauma work,
and the power of sound and vibration.
In his sound healing sessions,
Henry creates a nurturing space to slow down,
let go of the outside world,
and reconnect more deeply with yourself.
For him, sound healing is a journey inward,
an invitation to become still,
listen within, and rediscover
the peace and connection that can easily
get lost in everyday life.
